Hinduja Hospital, a tertiary referral centre  \nin Mumbai as a visiting consultant for the past 22 years. His specializes in Trauma, Osteoarticular infections including bone and \njoint Tuberculosis (TB) and Osteoporosis.\n\nHe has been sharing his vast experience and knowledge with budding orthopaedic \ndoctors through many national and international conferences like the Indian Orthopaedic \nAssociation Conference (IOACON), Traumacon - National Conference of Trauma Association of India, \nMaharashtra State Orthopaedic Association Conference (MOA), \nWestern India Orthopaedic Association Conference - Annual Conference\n of Bombay Orthopaedic Society, etc.<\/span>Being renowned as one of the top orthopaedic surgeons in Mumbai, Dr. Agashe has also been invited as a training faculty for the AO Trauma Courses and various other\n Conferences all over India and in Switzerland, Malaysia, San Diego, Taiwan, Bangkok etc.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dr. Vikas Agashe has served Bombay Orthopaedic Society as  vice President in   1999 - 2000 and as the \nPresident in  2010-11. He has been the Chairman of the Trauma Committee of the Indian Orthopaedic Association in 2019 - 20. He is currently\n an advisor to the Infection Committee of the Indian Orthopaedic Association for 2021 - 22. He is the study Group Leader for Osteoarticular \n Tuberculosis at an  international organization called  World Association against Infection in Orthopaedics and Trauma (WAIOT). Dr. Agashe was\n conferred with the Golden Jubilee Oration Award for 2019, which is the highest prize\n given by the Indian Orthopaedic Association for Original research work done  in India for his
